    Most Needed Items

Food Pantry Needs List:

​

​​Non-Perishable Items (only non-expired items please):

​

  • Pancake mix and syrup, cereal, oatmeal

  • Jelly or jam, peanut butter

  • Canned soups (chicken, beef, vegetable, tomato) or soup mixes needing water and/or meat

  • Canned meats (tuna, chicken, beef, pork)

  • Canned chili, stew, chow mein and other easy to heat meals

  • Mayo, ketchup, mustard, BBQ, salad dressings

  • Small bags of sugar and flour

  • 100% fruit juice (shelf stable)

  • Elbow macaroni, penne, other shaped pasta

  • Coffee (ground or instant preferred)

  • Snacks (individual serving sized items)

  • Salt, pepper, spices (small sizes)

  • Dog and cat food, cat litter

 

Household & Hygiene Products:

​

  • Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant

  • Diapers in all sizes

  • Feminine hygiene products, including incontinence pads

  • Laundry soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies

  • Toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters​​​​​

Backpack Program Needs List:

​

​​Non-Perishable Items (not expired):

Note: All items must have individual nutrition and ingredient labels to be used in backpack program

​

  • Single serving cereals or breakfast bars

  • Canned soups, chili, stew, ravioli, spaghetti and meat balls or with meat sauce

  • Canned vegetables such as green beans, corn, carrots

  • Tuna fish or chicken in cans or pouches

  • Microwave mac & cheese or other easy to prepare shelf-stable microwave meals

  • Fruit cups or applesauce pouches

  • Healthy snacks (individual serving sized items with ingredient label)

​The Backpack program serves over 40 children in Prescott weekly.
